Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies; Limitations on Quantity; Returns; Risk of Loss

Return and Exchange Policy

DEFINITIONS: Restocking Fee definition - 15%- 30%(depends on condition of item returned) fee will be charged to cover credit card processing fees, handling fees, shipping fees, service fees, missing items, or damaged parts.

All exchanges/returns must be pre-approved by our Returns Department and you must obtain a return authorization number and return instructions before shipping items back. Please do not return any product to us without a Return Authorization number (RA#), as different products must be returned to different locations. Any products returned without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to the shipper. Any returns sent back to the incorrect return address will be subject to refusal and restocking fees. All returns must be insured for the amount of the purchase, in "like new" condition, in original packaging, with instructions, paperwork and accessories. Product or accessories returned in less than reasonable new condition may be assessed and subject to additional charges. * The retailer reserves the right to refuse damaged or heavily used equipment without documentation. If RedStickSales chooses to accept a return without a valid RMA a restocking fee will be charged.

Approved returns with a valid RMA must be returned in sellable condition within 14 business days after receipt. . * The retailer reserves the right to refuse opened merchandise not insured or returned in a condition other than originally described. * The retailer reserves the right to refuse opened merchandise, not insured merchandise, or returned merchandise in a condition other than originally described.(the restocking fee depends on the condition of the item returned) Approved returns returned with free shipping will be refunded less the shipping and handling fees. Please allow 2-3 billing cycles to issue a credit for return. No consideration of refund will be accepted regardless of circumstance after 14 days of purchase. Repair or replacement according the Manufacturers Warranty is the sole remedy.

Damaged Items received. If we receive a damaged item and have to file a shipping claim, the customer is subject to the result of the shipping claim.

Warranty

Returns requested after 14 days can not be returned and is subject to the manufacture’s warranty.

Manufacturer's Warranty: Parts and services covered during the manufacturer's warranty period are the responsibility of the manufacturer as described under the manufacturer's expressed warranty. The Administrator will refer you to the manufacturer for parts and services covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Ground shipping will be paid on qualified warranty repairs effective to the 48 continental US states.

To submit a return claim, just Contact Us with your order number and the reason for the return (item was damaged, you bought the wrong thing, etc.) and we'll get back to you ASAP. You must first contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number before sending your item(s) back. Failure to obtain an RA Number before returning your item(s) will cause additional cost and delay. Please to allow up to 2-3 billing cycles to handle returns and claims.

Shipping & Availability

We do not correct addresses. Please check out with the correct shipping address during the checkout process. We do not ship to a P.O Box, unless the option is available in checkout. Any delay or cost to your order due to a incorrect shipping address, will be your responsibility to correct.

Orders ship out within the estimated time listed on the product page.

Shipping takes place on BUSINESS days, not weekends and not holidays.

The average time for delivery once shipped is 3 days +/-. This means your item will arrive in 1-5 business days + 3 business days depending on your location.

Backorders, Discontinued, Not as Described, and Non-Receipt Items:

Items on backorder have to be cancelled with the manufacture before we can refund. If you want cancel your order, send us an email with the order number. Please allow up to 15 business days for a refund. If you demand an immediate refund, we can do so for a 5 dollar fee. Most items are in stock ready to ship, however if we notice your order has not received a tracking number within 24-48 hours after 3 business days have passed, we will request a status for you.

Discontinued Items will be refunded.

Not as Described and Non-Receipt: We reserve the right to correct any price, typographical, photographic, or production error without notice. If you have a problem, please contact us first. Any claims filed with your card company or paypal will delay your refund, and may result in a favorable decisions made on our behalf.

Cancelling or Changing an Order



We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible and have automated computer systems to process orders within minutes. For this reason, some orders cannot be cancelled. If the item you wish to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled or changed by our customer service department. However, when the item ships you can refuse the package and be refunded less shipping and processing fees.



Cancelling or Changing a Backorder



A majority of the products we sell are shipped directly from the manufacture. Do the complexity of updating inventory and pricing from several different manufactures, we offer an option to contact us before purchasing to check on availability. Most items are in stock and ready to ship, however if you have experienced an out of stock message or backorder notice from another merchant or manufacture, it is most likely the same item offered on our website is on backorder also. Backordered products can be cancelled and refunded in a timely manner. If you want to expedite your refund and cancellation we can do so for a 5 dollar processing fee.
